March Theme: Here Comes the Sun
As we transition into the new season, we’ll focus on building a solid foundation for Sun Salutations—an essential flow in yoga about welcoming the sun. March is a time of change and a great reminder to go with the flow, so we'll embrace the ebb and flow of the season while strengthening our practice.
