Criminal Record Expungement Clinic

Retired lawyers and other trained volunteers help participants apply to set aside Oregon criminal records. They will talk with each participant individually about their own situation--explaining what arrests, dismissals, and convictions can be set aside and what must be cleared up first. Then they will prepare the necessary legal papers, take the required fingerprints, and explain the next steps. No appointment is needed; and there is no charge.
