This month’s Storytime goes wild—in the best way! Inspired by The Wild Robot, we’ll explore stories about nature, robots, machines, and the magic that happens when the wild and the mechanical meet.

Work together with your team to solve the puzzles! The team that finishes the fastest, wins a prize! Oh, and there might be some scrumptious snacks too! 

Using large boxes you will craft a life size robot- just like Roz in Wild Robot! After crafting your robot suit you'll play fight with friends using light sabers...because doesn't that just sound fun?

Have you ever wondered why so many of the world's strange and unique animals live on remote islands? Do you know what the study of island biodiversity can teach us about creating nature reserves in the middle of a desert?

Stomp, clap, and make some joyful noise at the library! 👞🎶 Join us for an 5-week Clogging Dance Series and learn the basics of this lively, rhythmic folk dance.

Join us in person as Stephanie teaches us how to make a Fink the fox bookmark. 

A Wild Robot Community Read Event

Start your Saturday off right with a magical, playful storytime! Bring the family, everyone is welcome for some laughs, tales, and games! Who knows where the stories will lead us! 

Where graphic novels meet games, art, and snacks! We read one graphic novel a month and then explore its world through hands-on projects, themed challenges, and plenty of fun. Reading has never been this interactive!

Join us in the teen room for VR Gaming! We provide the headsets and you come to have some fun. Limited availability and room, this is a first come first served program. 

Get Creative with Cento Poetry! 

Join us for an inspiring and welcoming Annual Community Poetry Reading—a celebration of words, voices, and shared creativity.

Every Monday morning at 10:30, join a librarian and a special guest buddy for a storytime. The buddy might be a puppet, a community helper, or a visiting critter. It's a mystery, and it's always special!

Experience the power of movement, breathwork, and mindfulness in a supportive, welcoming community.

Create your own snack board with fruits, cheeses, crackers, and more! Just like Roz creating her garden in Wild Robot, you'll craft a savory and delecious snack to enjoy with friends.

Four Chord Fun: Ukulele for Newbies is for the absolute beginner who wants to start learning to play.

This storytime is held every Tuesday at 10:30 AM in the Children's Wing. Join us for stories, songs, bonding, playtime, early literacy practice, and lots of fun!
